I'm Paul Vespia with Hill & Harbor and we're on the East Side of Providence at Project 612. Our specialization

  2. 00:08

is in historic reimagination and taking what was maybe outdated and bringing it to modern standards of what families are

  3. 00:16

looking for. So this project, it was very important to the family and owner that we added more square

  4. 00:23

footage to the second level of the house, which included the addition that you see behind me here,

  5. 00:29

because this is an interesting house. Actually, it's a Mediterranean. We didn't want to take away from the architecture

  6. 00:34

of the existing house, but we wanted to design it in a way that felt like it was natural to

  7. 00:39

the house. We added paneling to the exterior instead of doing a brick facade, which changed it up

  8. 00:44

a bit. You can see that it's different from the original architecture, but it also blends well.
