Today, we are the leading full-service luxury design-build firm in Rhode Island that brings architecture, permitting, construction, interior design, and furnishings together under one roof. Our specialization lies in new construction and large scale renovations for coastal and historic homes, where every design decision is shaped by the property, the location, and the family it's being built for.

Founder & CEO
Paul Vespia is an architectural designer, systems engineer, and investor. He founded Hill & Harbor Design + Build in 2016 to redefine how design, construction, and technology come together to create exceptional homes. With more than 25 years of experience, he developed a proprietary system that turns the complexity of building into a seamless, transparent experience.
While Paul's influence is woven into every aspect of Hill & Harbor Design + Build, his vision extends beyond any single project. His focus remains on innovation, leadership, and the constant pursuit of refinement — principles that guide the team and define the firm's approach.
