Testimonials
What it's like to work with us.
The true measure of a design build studio is how its clients describe the experience. These are the words of homeowners across Rhode Island, from historic renovations to coastal new builds.
We wanted to work with a design-build firm who would handle all aspects of the project AND finish on time. Hill & Harbor Design + Build provided us with this exceptional experience.
From the initial scope conversations, to the budget, design, and execution, we had an excellent experience working with the Hill & Harbor Design + Build team. Each design meeting was incredibility efficient and fun – their expertise during the selections process really helped pull the entire project together. Their Project Manager was amazing too. His communication throughout the entire project kept us in the loop on all of the project details and completion timeline.
Overall, Hill & Harbor Design + Build made the whole process incredibly easy, and we're so happy with the finished project. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

“We had an exceptional experience working with Hill & Harbor Design Build. The build quality, timeframe and financial transparency were the most important factors for us when considering who we were going to choose, and Paul and his team nailed all three. We were in constant communication with one or more team members throughout the process and stayed in sync as the project progressed. We are beyond happy with our new home and highly recommend working with Paul and the HHDB team.”

“What really struck us about Hill & Harbor was their ability to hone in on our interests, and individualize the plans for our home. What also distinguished them for us was the budgeting process, and the communication. Everything was documented with clarity online, which gave us a lot of transparency. There were no side conversations that could get misconstrued, and it was helpful to be able to look back and see everything that had been discussed from day one.”
