Coastal new build near Fogland Beach with Sakonnet River views at Project Ten in Tiverton, Rhode Island

There is an ease to life on the Rhode Island coast, and Project Ten was designed and built around it. On an expansive corner site just steps from Fogland Beach, the home captures wide Sakonnet River views from nearly every main room. Architecture, construction and interiors came from one Hill & Harbor team so the landscape, millwork and furnished rooms read as a single story.

What makes the site special?

Water, light and orientation drove the plan. Rooms were shaped for connection without losing the definition of individual spaces. A pool, guest cottage and layout for multigenerational summers sit on the same coastal lot, with detailing that draws from the shoreline rather than generic beach-house clichés.

Why design-build on a coastal lot?

Coastal new construction in Tiverton means envelope decisions, permitting and interior selections move together. When designers and builders share one schedule, structure, finishes and furnishings stay aligned before drywall, which protects both budget clarity and the finished experience.
