About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end residential projects from preconstruction handoff through final client delivery. This role requires exceptional organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills to manage field operations, subcontractors,
budgets, and client communication.

As the Project Manager, you are the operational driver of construction—responsible for delivering projects on budget, on schedule, and at the highest level of quality. You’ll collaborate
with the Project Developer, Interior Designer, and Estimator to transition projects seamlessly into execution, then lead construction with discipline and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Team Leadership
● Serve as the client’s primary point of contact during construction.
● Lead onsite milestone meetings with clients to review progress, schedule, and
expectations.
● Build strong rapport with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
● Proactively communicate progress, issues, and resolutions with clarity.
Construction Execution
● Own the master construction schedule in BuildTools, updating weekly.
● Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain schedule, safety, and quality.
● Review and approve subcontractor scopes, contracts, and invoices.
● Oversee execution of all work, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and
selections.
● Track cost-to-complete and budget adherence.
Internal Collaboration & Closeout
● Participate in weekly coordination meetings with Project Developer, Estimator, and Interior Designer.
● Provide updates on schedule, progress, and financials to leadership.
● Coordinate with Interior Designer to ensure seamless delivery of finishes and selections.
● Drive project closeout process including punch lists, final inspections, and client
handover.

Ideal Candidate
● 10+ years in construction management, preferably in luxury residential.
● Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
● Deep knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and subcontractor management.
● Experienced with BuildTools, Xactimate, Procore, or similar construction software.
● High-level problem solver with client-facing professionalism.
