Originally constructed in 1911 this Blackstone Boulevard home received a comprehensive expansion and renovation, maintaining original character in key spaces while reimagining the layout for today’s lifestyle. The design preserved original elements in spaces like the bar and dining room while creating an open floor plan with abundant natural light throughout the main living areas. Set on a 10,000 square foot lot with mature landscaping in Providence’s coveted East Side neighborhood, the result of this Rhode Island design build home balances period details with the comfort & flow today’s families require.
