About this Project

Recognizing an opportunity to enhance functionality, their team strategically removed an under-utilized back staircase, resulting in a significantly larger, show-stopping kitchen with a custom walk-in pantry. Understanding the client’s desire for a luxurious primary suite, Hill & Harbor creatively rearranged the upstairs layout, incorporating a unique sitting room with a secret bookcase door leading to an impressive custom closet and a lavish primary bathroom featuring Calacatta Viola marble.

How Do You Transform a Historic Home? Hill & Harbor Shows the Way

Their design team meticulously selected custom finishes, including exquisite wallpaper and designer lighting, to complement the home’s history while creating a truly one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
